Role Overview We seek an energetic Kitchen Helper to support our chefs, maintain high sanitation standards, and keep operations running smoothly. **Key Responsibilities** Prep Work: Wash, peel, chop, and organize fresh vegetables, meats, and dough. Cleaning & Sanitation: Wash dishes, pots, and utensils promptly. Keep counters and equipment sanitized. Stock & Storage: Assist in unloading, organizing, and properly storing food supplies using FIFO methods. Packing: Help assemble and pack takeaway and online orders accurately. **Waste Management**: Clear trash and keep all kitchen areas clean and safe. **Qualifications & Skills** Prior kitchen experience preferred, but beginners are welcome. Strong commitment to personal hygiene and food safety. Physical stamina to stand for long hours in a fast-paced environment.
